How long does it take to get a casting(s) produced?

 | Your waxes are normally cast & shipped within 1-3 business days. Special order alloys, Platinum and palladium typically are completed within 5-7 days. Same day “fast cast” service is available for an additional fee, for selected metals. Fast cast waxes must be received before 10 AM and with prior notification.
If you need a mold made and a dozen or less castings produced please allow 3-5 working days. More complex projects involving designing and model production or multiple molds can be completed in a few weeks. Larger volume production orders would scheduled per your delivery requirements.

How do I use your services?

 |  | Very simply send us your wax model, enclose instructions on what metal you would like, your contact information including email address and when you would like it back . Upon receipt we will contact you with pricing and delivery information We accept Master Card, Visa, Amex and Discover cards for payment.

How should I package my wax for shipping it is very fragile?
|
 |  | The most successful method is to wrap your wax in a soft material and place in carefully in a small box. Next place this box into a larger box that will allow you to pack 2-3 inches of crumpled newspaper or other packing material on all sides. This will cushion the interior package and protect your wax during shipping.

What should my original be made of?

 |  | Models can be made of almost anything such as: metal, wax, wood, plastics or resins, fimo, clays, rubber, precious metal clay and natural materials in any combination.

What is the largest size you can cast?
|
 |  | Our melting capacities are: 136 troy oz of gold, 135 troy oz of sterling silver, 150 oz of bronze, and 6 oz of platinum.
Largest standard flask size is 8" tall and 5" in diameter, which will hold a casting that is 6" tall and 4 in dia. Larger custom flasks can be made for large castings. Please inquire.

How much does it cost?

 |  | Our superior quality castings are billed for labor plus the amount of metal supplied. Since,we do not have a one size fits all price structure we estimate your prices on a design by design basis.
