Your waxes are normally cast & shipped within 1-3 business days. Special order alloys, Platinum and palladium typically are completed within 5-7 days. Same day “fast cast” service is available for an additional fee, for selected metals. Fast cast waxes must be received before 10 AM and with prior notification.

If you need a mold made and a dozen or less castings produced please allow 3-5 working days. More complex projects involving designing and model production or multiple molds can be completed in a few weeks. Larger volume production orders would scheduled per your delivery requirements.

How do I use your services?

Very simply send us your wax model, enclose instructions on what metal you would like, your contact information including email address and when you would like it back . How should I package my wax for shipping it is very fragile?

The most successful method is to wrap your wax in a soft material and place in carefully in a small box. Next place this box into a larger box that will allow you to pack 2-3 inches of crumpled newspaper or other packing material on all sides. This will cushion the interior package and protect your wax during shipping.

How do I have more than one casting produced from my original?

We will have to produce a mold for you. Once completed this mold can be used to produce as many castings as you need. Please call for a price estimate.
