Each pattern to be cast is analyzed according to the characteristics of the alloy selected. Decisions are made regarding sprue size, shape, and placement. This allows proper metal flow and correct solidification producing a solid grain structure with minimal porosity or shrinkage. Desprueing and finishing requirements are also considered.

Prototyping and Cad Services

Let us assist you next time you need your Cad file prototyped and cast. We expertly review each design from a manufacturing and or casting perspective to insure your parts turn out right the first time.We can supply prototypes via wax milling or grown on our Envisiontec perfactory machine.

Alloys
We specilize in the casting latest high tech de-ox alloys. These metals are designed to cast with improved fluidity, dense grain structures, and minimal porosity. They represent another key element in our innovative process. Gold is cast all colors from 10-22 karat, as well as 24k yellow Palladium white gold is cast in both 14&18 karat. Best for pave' Platinum alloys available are 950/CU, 950/IR and 950/Ru De-ox Sterling Silver- no fire scale, hardeness equal to traditional sterling 1% Platinum/Sterling 950/ Palladium Bronze and De-ox bronze Additional details available upon request. Molds   Second only to a perfect master, the mold is critical to successful castings. Many years of experience designing and producing molds give us the expertise to produce world class molds. Our primary choice of mold making material is our super high tear strength RTV compound, it produces molds that are far superior to the traditional vulcanized process. RTV molds deliver greater productivity with an extremely high degree of fidelity impossible with other molding processes. Additional advantages are zero percent shrinkage, the ability to use most any material as a master, and highly flexible mold sizes only further enhance RTV’s usefulnes

Finishing
We offer a wide range of finishing services, from basic sprue removal to highly polished hand finishing. A variety of tumbling systems are employed for mass finishing of your products. Traditional hand craftsmanship is combined with automated processes achieving a cost effective solution to finishing challenges. Precision assembly/soldering services are also offered on our castings.
