Typically the smallest tool used is 0.0313" (.79mm) depending on overall thickness and materials, smaller cutting tools can be used for sharper corners.

Your designs or clip art can now be produced at relatively low cost directly in pre-polished sterilium sterling, brass, bronze, nickel silver, or karat gold sheet metal providing you with very easy to finish parts and components with consistent quality only achievable using sheet metal. Designs can be cut directly from 3/4 hard tempered metal, for improved strength over a soft casting.
